
Bob figures around 10 percent of the cars seen at Monterey come from overseas. One more source of business: international shipping. Bob estimates this part of the market is less than 10 percent, as most customers favor the big, established firms. Then, of course, there are the mom-and-pop transportation companies with a trailer or two who are fighting for this business. Exotic Transport, another name in the field, is less involved in the Monterey scene. Other firms include Intercity Lines, Horseless Carriage and Passport Transport.
